Refund and Cancellation Policy



- Cancellations received before 15 October 2026 will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations received from 15 October to 31 October 2026 inclusive will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations received on or after 1 November 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

- Notwithstanding the above, no refund will be provided once a visa invitation letter has been issued.
