For each accepted conference/workshop paper, in order to include your paper in the program as well as in the conference proceedings, at least one (co)author of your paper must register and pay the conference registration fee by Oct 15, 2019, attend the conference and present the paper.
To include your abstract in the program, at least one (co)author of your abstract submission must register and pay the registration fee by Nov 15, 2019, attend the conference and present the abstract.
At the time of registration, students will be requested to provide a copy of the student ID card or a verification letter of full-time student status from the department head. This document will have to be sent to email@example.com.
Authors whose papers have extra pages (i.e., more than 10 pages for Type I paper or more than 1 page for Type II abstract) must pay an additional USD 100 per page, up to 2 extra pages per paper, to help cover the added cost of proceedings publication.
- The deadline for Type I extra pages is also due by Oct 15, 2019.
- The deadline for Type II extra pages is due by Nov 15, 2019.
- Registration payment can be made via credit card (higly recommended), bank transfer and cheque.
- Registration will only be considered completed upon reception of registration fees.
Bank transfer (wire transfer) is discouraged as it generates additional cost and organizational burden on both parties, the registering participant(s) and organizers. If you decide to use bank transfer for payment of your fees, please remember to:
- Write your name and paper number (if applicable) on the transfer note. The name must be the same as that on the registration form. If you fail to do so, your registration fee might not be recorded properly.
- Make your transfer net of all processing charges. The payment, and hence the registration process, will not be concluded successfully if the amount transferred is reduced due to charges deducted by your bank.
