Authors of papers: to include your paper in the program as well as in the proceedings, at least one (co)author of your paper must pay the relevant registration fee by Jul 1, 2011, attend the conference and present the paper. NOTE: The deadline for extra pages is also Jul 1, 2011.

Extra Pages of Papers: Authors who have extra pages (as specified in the acceptance letter) must pay an additional US$120(JPY10,200) for each extra page of their paper to cover the additional printing costs.
